Guest guest
Forgive me if this went through twice, it was being edited and vanished into cyberspace. Dr. Bhate and Jacob, you suggested Yogaraj Guggulu and Boswellia, as well as other things for the bones soundinglike twigs cracking. Can you please advise how much of the Yogaraj Guggulu to take. They are in pills , and it does not say how many mg., same for Simhanand Guggulu. The Boswellia is in bulk, and have been taking 1/4teaspooon 2x/day. Yogaraj and Simhanad Guggulu, can you tell what size the tablet is. Express diameter in millimmetres, or inches if you are more comfortable in inches. are the tablets circular and flat or spherical. A better way is go to a grocery store, measure the weigt in grams for say 50 to 100 tablets, which when expressed for one tablet will give you weight of each tablet. Maximum starting dose taken after lunch as well as dinner can be upto 250 mg of each of these two guggulu, making 500 mg per day. dr bhate
Guest guest
Simhanad Guggulu is Proprietary Blend 300mg. Yogaraj Guggulu is proprietary blend 300mg. I still have a bit of vertiligo on my forearms, legs. Is this going to be a problem taking either Guggulu? Guest guest
Such doubts/problems arise due to online querries/suggestions. It is difficult to assure you that vitiligo will remain unaffected by medications suggested based on earlier info provided by you. Online, Vaidya cant do anything except symptomatic treatment like allopaths. Better alternative would be to seek help from nearest ayurvedic Vaidya. It is also better to avoid mixing prescriptions from two sources. If, instead of two, three vaidyas would have suggested totally six medicines, would you have taken all six? Rheumatism, being auto- immune disease, gives rise to several other problems, with complex interactions between different parts of body. Generally, patient leaves out some info on the list, considering it personal. Skin problems and rheumatism can coexist and often are one disease with two faces. Since you have already bought the Guggulu tablets, the best suggestion that can be given under the circumstances is, take them for a month and watch what happens to vitiligo. Based on experience you can proceed further. But Rheumatism remedies have to be taken at least 6-8 months for complete relief, and often, first month may not show any discernible progress. Test of pateint's patience! With panch karma, liver detoxes, relief becomes slightly faster, as per the experience on few patients only. Panch karma is not a online procedure and is not preferred by many! Since each tab 300 mg. take only 1 tab each of Sinhnad and Yogaraj guggulu, after food noon and night. dr bhate ayurveda, "hariatmayoga" <hariatmayoga wrote: > > Simhanad Guggulu is Proprietary Blend 300mg.
