Oh... I forgot. I also had her wearing a strand of pearls, but then she had

a debilitated Moon. If you could get me her birth info I would love to see

if there is similarities.

A young woman of my acquaintance found diet changes resolved many of her

endometriosis problems significantly, she eliminated gluten from her diet,

(wheat, barley, rye, oats) reduced sugar intake and increased cruciate

vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, etc.

Hi

Thank you for your reply on endometriosis. I am also suffering from

severe endo and also has two big ovarian cysts. Due to which I am not

able to get pregnant. Unless I clear these endos, I am sure the

embryos are not going to survive in that toxic environment.

I am 32 yrs old. Do you suggest any special treatment for me? WHat

would be an ideal vata pacifying diet? Kindly suggest. What all

herbals could I take to supress the endometriosis.

Regards

Saroj

out an Ayurvedic specialist in your area.

Dear Saroj,

This subject has been discussed at ayurveda earlier,

extensively.

Though modern science calls your case as two diseases, reason is only

one, as already pointed out by both and Noel. Progesterone

deficiency as a result of lack of 'living food' content in diet could

be summarised as reason. Katy has given her experience, which should

be a guiding light for many prospective mothers in your age group.

You do not need any surgical treatment, please note, though that is

the only route suggested to many such patients these days by our

friends in mainstream. Time is running out, fertility reduces

rapidly, etc are usual statements to turn the patient to desired

path. Same can be said about ablation process. You may see large

information on your condition at message nos. 991, 994, 1405, 1411,

1447.

For endoemtriosis, some measures given in Message 2497 may also be

useful, but it is suggested that you see nearest ayurvedist. Perhaps

you are from india, so getting an ayurvedist nearby should not be a

proble. If you define your location, ayurveda may be able to

help you locate someone close to you.

Dear Dr Bhate,

Thanks a ton for your messege. Thanks for taking time to reply me and

refering me the mesge no#.

You are right that I should show to some ayurvedist here, but since I

am new to this locality, I thought of taking help online. I live in

Kanpur, UP in India. I am very new here and if I get to know some

good ayurvedist here, that would be really great.

I really appreciate your advices.

Thanks

Saroj
