Guest guest
Hi, My father at age 69, is experiencing some issues with his health lately more so. He's had a bypass surgery about 10 years ago and as such had to have some veins from legs move to the heart area. Now, he still works a lot and has a job that keeps him standing for 4-7 hours a day. As such his legs have been giving him some problems. He does some pranayam daily, walks 2-3 miles everyday at a medium pace after work and maintains a very healthy vegeterian diet. He is now suffering from his legs being swollen with cramps at night that are extremely severe and cause him a lot of pain and discomfort. I imagine these to be blood flow issues as he also has Varicose veins. As such massage would benefit him and I will work on that. what else do you recommend that he do that can ease away the swellings and the cramps specifically. Thanks for the help, regards, Prashant
