Info on Pbwiki ayurveda

The idea of setting up a wikipedia type of format for

ayurveda's website was suggested by one of our members Henno

van Arkel. At the start I too was not sure how it would function,

but I decided to try and have set up

Even I am on a trial and error level and I do hope to get help from

members who are already familiar with the format. Apart from the

fact that it will need a lot more stringent moderating, I think this

is a good format where many people will be able to build up a very

informative website. Even if the people who post messages today

started using pbwiki we would soon have a very good information site

on ayurveda. The group format would still be valid for day to day

queries which should be posted to pbwiki or else it will be too much

difficult to navigate.

I have posted some starting pages. Also there is a direct link to

help section on pbwiki which answers most of your queries.

Also I would like it if you could volunteer to moderate certain

sections in which you have expertise.

For the starting period the right of whom to select as moderators

will rest with the present moderators of this group.

Also send in your suggestion regarding rules and policy of the group

you think should be followed.

Anyone who is a member of ayurveda group will automatically be

a part of pbwiki and will be able to add or edit the pages there.
