Guest guest
Hey all...I am trying to get into the ayur way and am having no success finding any resources in my area nor do I know of any really good online resources. I wonder if anyone knows anything to help me out. I am in serious need of a detox and to get on the right track. My constitution is pitta. Thanks. Guest guest
http://www.garrysun.com/ I like these guys. They follow up with you. You can ask them questions. They will help you and not sell you stuff you don't need or that doesn't suit your constitution. And if they see you are ordering a bunch of what looks like random stuff, they will call you up and ask you about it and recommend something specific that works. They also tell you the best and easiest ways to take the stuff. Their herbs are good quality and reasonably priced. I hate to sound like an advertisement, but I just like their integrity and the way they do business. They are just nice people all around. Guest guest
I am located in the suburbs of Washington DC. There is one potential clinic in Maryland, but that is the only one and I have not heard anything about them. Their website is ok, but nothing too impressive. Thanks, Joani ayurveda, "Jane MacRoss" <HIGHFIELD wrote: > > Where are you located? Here in Melbourne we can get Ayurveda at the Transcendental Meditation Centre.
