you take thiribala choornam 2 to 5 grams twice daily, also goat head soup you

will recover.

in addition to triphala you might want to take activated charcoal,

which is the best adsorption agent, commonly used for accidental GI

poisoning

 

take it with triphala and if this doesn't have enough laxative power

add in a little trivrt, senna or something similar

i cannot comment on the goat's head soup, but it sounds intriguing

hi,

 

Triphals is the best solution for any type of toxin so that you take triphala

Kwath 4 tab.spoon two times daily after lunch with hot water. and morning one

cup of milk + 2 gm of gulvel satva + safed mishree+ 1 tb. spoon gogruit . take

this first and then go to virechandi karm (other routines of morning)
