Hello to the group.

 

I am wondering about the interal or external use of gemstones in Ayurveda.

I see from wikipedia the following correspondences:

kapha..lapis

pitta..moonstone

vata...amethyst

 

I am interested to know more though. Are stones used therapeutically, and

if so how are they chosen? What other stones are used besides those

above?
