I remembered your praise of milk and thought I was safe here in Oz to take

some Bio-dynamic yoghourt which is so delicious - but then within 24 hours

there was green stuff in my nose!

your Ashrama also teach this excellent science? Do you have a personal

website where your articles can be read?

 

If people go to your ashrama for a fruitful holiday instead of the

usual debauched ones they will gain both health and peace of mind.

Thankyou for your comments. I am aware that I am better without milk, as I

tried and eliminated it for a month and noticed the difference. A bad habit and

one I fall back into too easily.

 

Your website is wonderful and your community is fortunate to have such a clinic.
