Guest guest
Respected Dr Nisal, Saprem Namaste. I must thank you for popularising naturopathy. Does your Ashrama also teach this excellent science? Do you have a personal website where your articles can be read? If people go to your ashrama for a fruitful holiday instead of the usual debauched ones they will gain both health and peace of mind. Yours, Jagannath. Guest guest
Thankyou for your comments. I am aware that I am better without milk, as I tried and eliminated it for a month and noticed the difference. A bad habit and one I fall back into too easily. Your website is wonderful and your community is fortunate to have such a clinic.
