Guest guest
This author has sung the praise of Indian cow milk so far in a number of posts. What he wrote can be still experienced if one is owning and looking after the cow, feeding her organic fodder or natural grass. However, a number of children, mothers are suffering by milk allergies these days, mainly due to factory-farming of cows: http://www.petaindia.com/1003at.html "PETA reports that consuming the milk meant for baby cows puts humans at risk for a host of ailments, including cardiovascular disease; ovarian, breast and prostate cancer; diabetes and even osteoporosis." "According to Dr Barnard, people who are allergic to animal products may experience dermatitis, fever, blisters, bronchitis, fatigue, irritability, tension, muscle or joint pain, nausea and other gastrointestinal disorders and, in some cases, anaphylactic shock. Studies have shown that diets high in dairy products and meat are associated with more asthma attacks than are vegan diets." The reasons for allergies are explained in the above site. The author urges members to know the source of their milk and check if it is safe.
Guest guest
I remembered your praise of milk and thought I was safe here in Oz to take some Bio-dynamic yoghourt which is so delicious - but then within 24 hours there was green stuff in my nose!! So then i take no milk for a week and all becomes normal again ....... so even the best milk here is not for everyone ........ how disappointing Jane - Shirish Bhate This author has sung the praise of Indian cow milk so far in a number of posts.
