It is better if you will go to a yoga school near by your place.... but.... well.... I can try to give you only some general advices without contraindications here below.... only for starting... Clean your tongue till the root and try to stretch it long 3 minutes a time (2 -3 times a day) Make your breath long and deep (with the diaphragm). Inhale for minimum 8 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds (without efforts, very quite) 10 -15 min. a day (minimum) Every evening do Yoganidra (with your Samkalpa) for about 25 minutes . Not more for now, sorry, I can't give you other techniques without to know you, but every good teacher could help you in your country. I am in Italy.... and this year I'll stay in Madras only from 15th June to 31st August.
