In a previous message on Kapha dinner and detox procedure, he made the statement "take daily walks or do other exercise that is suitable for your body type. Most ideal exercise for general health is walking". Noel has stored various yogasana poses for various body types. But what about exercises for mind? That is provided by walking. Mahatma Gandhi used to take long walks, and his famous "Dandi walk" (1930) was the first foot step towards freedom-struggle of India. If you can get a friend to walk along with you daily morning, you can forget all your frustrations, share your happiness and unburden grief with him. Rising or setting sun can provide you best company if you do not have a friend to accompany. The vast expanse of nature will take care of your stress too. All this is said in graphical setting in a group file 'Walking' in folder 'articles'. Download to your computer and play using Microsoft power point software.
