Guest guest Posted February 16, 2006 Report Share Posted February 16, 2006 Hi Astrology is not a reliable science.For any seeker in astrology there are few problems unless they are solved Astrogy cannot be a reliable sciernce. 1] which system to follow Sayana or niryana?most Astrologers in India including me follow niryana system however I have to point that there were great astrologer like navathe ,raje, indumati pandit folowing Sayana system and predicting acurately 2]If nirayana then which Ayanamsa to follw tilak abot 19 degrees, raman about 22 or lahiri around 23-24 3] what ayangati to follow one year one minute or modern newcomb .52 minute a year 4]for judging horoscope which chart should be used ordinary chart or bhavchalit 5]if bhavchalit then which system of division should be folowed sripati rishis equal house division or raphels table of houses unequal house division. 6]For timing of events which dasa system to follow Vishotari , astotari ? calculation of dasa will change if we follow different Ayanamsa referred above that s why the correct Ayanamsa and then correct ayangati is very important. 7] twins are born within some minutes and horoscope,dasa ,navamsa every thing is same but the life differs. In metros like mumbai children are born at almost same time say one in Dombivali and other in Borivali but there life may differ.how we should explain this here I may add that i am not critisizing astrology but being a seeker of astrological knowledge i expirience difficulties and feel unless these questions are redressed Astrology is not dependable. mohan joshi jyotish visharada,and Spiritual healer > Generally trines and sextiles indicate a "good mind"...but again there are "ifs and buts"...
