A case of Psoriasis - skin disease - can somebody give genuine advice

Guys

 

I have psoriasis. so does my brother and my father

I underwent ayurvedic treatment for a month in India under Dr Nanal

from Pune ... famous ayurvedic physician from pune

 

however I was in India only for a month and had to come back to US

within a month

 

symptoms seem to subside during that time. however the flare up is

strong again and slowly increasing

 

I dont drink / smoke / eat nonveg / and try to eat as healthy as

possible / avoid nightshades / take little sugar / drink hotwater all

the time to cclear AMA

 

I do overeat sometimes / and immedietly feel constipated

live a life in snow (US) and in office there is always AC on

 

Is there hope with ayurveda in such a case. .....

 

Dr had given me a decoction and some ayurvedic mediciines

I am regular with Decoction but not with medicines

 

my personal and professional life has come to a standstill

I am looking for somebody to give me unselfish and genuine advice
