I do not know what physical shape your patient is in. However, most people

can do this simple exercise or at least some variation of it. Lay on the back

(preferrrably on a solid surface like the floor - beds are usually too soft),

bring knees as far to chest as possible. Rotate the hips from the lower spine

and try to touch the knees to the left side of the body while keeping back on

the floor. Do the same thing to the right side. Repeat over and over for up to

3 minutes. This can be done multiple times during the day.

Dear cmit_india

Sorry your message excaped this authors attention.

Panch Gavya system of medicines has excellent and inexpensive

medicines to treat kidney malfunction. A patient under dialysis twice

a week restored his kidneys using these, whereby 200-300 ml urine

output per day increased to 1100 ml per day. These medicines are

available in Akola, Vardha and Nagpur, Mumbai. If interested give

further details.
