Guest guest
I've thought about this for awhile and I can think of many things that are specific but are too hard to communicate over the net. Therefore, I hope these general things may be of some help. Running or BRISK walking during the day. It may be a good time to do the brisk walking after dinner. Pranayama (yogic breathing) is very helpful in strengthening the mind. Pranayama when one withholds the breath is especially good for making the will strong. Just do a search for pranayama on the web. Before going to bed, do exercises like shoulderstand, plough and bridge pose. Bridge pose is sitting down on the floor. Place the hands on the floor behind the back with fingers pointed away from the body. Raise the hips off the floor so only the feet and hands are touching the floor. Raise the hips so the hips and back are parallel to the floor. Do these until you feel relaxed and they will help you go to sleep and say a prayer before going to sleep being grateful for what you have.
