Guest guest
Hello esteemed group, Recently I discovered a dark brown lign going down the middle vertically in my right middle finger nail. I had read that that finger corresponds to the small intestines. I have also been experiencing some digestive problems, such as incomplete stools containing mucous. I wondered if anyone had some insight? I am a 30 year old woman, P/K body, V/P mind, 5 feet, 110 pounds. I took some Triphala this morning, and it made me a little nauseus. Is this common? I have not heard of this reaction. I would appreciate any comments. Radhika

Guest guest
Have you checked up: http://health.ayurveda/message/5204 The info provided in above link together with info provided by you and digestive problems faced by you suggest some gallstones (which may or may not have calcified) in liver and/or gall bladder. Nausea on taking Trifla could have been due to improper dose or method of ingestion. How much powder you used, with warm/cold water, or took it as decoction? You can check up file "medicine_chest" in folder "articles" in group website.
