Dear Rajeevji,

Namaste. I would be very interested to know about the symptoms you

experience. I have read about saints going through the kundalini

awakening process being anointed in sandal paste and subjected to the

soothening smell of flowers and herbal incense. Many were also given

amulets containing relevant mantras.

Regards,

Jagannath.

The process was intensified as a result of my continuous experiments

in music therapy which stimulates brain physically.

The first symptom of KUndalini that I am experiencing all these years is

throbbing at the base of spine which gradually becomes violent shaking as I

immerse myself in meditation.

The other is more common in these days heaviness in the head - but that could

also be attributable to my music therapy experiments. In some of the music

therapy there is marked increase of blood flow in the brain.

I also experience lightness along with passing of electric current in the

spine...

This feeling of passing electric current in the spine also intensifies during

and deep meditation and while I am resting...

Dear Rajeev ji

As you have mentioned about kundalini awakening

practice.I have to request without SatGuru’s blessing

Kaundalini awakening is not possible.By blessing of

Maa Kundalini you would be blessed.First take

Kunbdalini Diksha. As you have mentioned about

medicines etc.So many physical as well metaphysical

changes happen during this process. Please take help of

Divine souls.

As per ancient Indian scriptures, Kundalini is the

basic life force vital for the person to exist. The

large portion of this is generally lying dormant in

every human being. Its location is the base of the

spine. Kundalini is the vehicle for the expansion of

consciousness, enabling the individual to fully develop

his innate potential and rise beyond the mundane realm

of birth and death to the level divinity. Once this

Shakti is awakened then energy travels up the spine of

a person piercing seven energy centres (Chakras) and

reaches the top of the head.

If you wish you can go through the book “The hidden

Mysteries of Kundalini” by R.Venugopalan published

from B.Jain Publication,Delhi. He is known by name H.H.

Rudrabhayananda. He himself has spent many years in

perfecting his technique one can

experience Kundalini awakening in the very first

meditation workshop.

The benefits of Kundalini is at four levels depending

upon the

evolution of the student. He gives Distant Kundalini

Diksha also.

Rajeev,

I do not know the best thing do do from an Ayurvedic

perspective on kundalini rising. I would take Todd's

advice on this and also drink plenty of water. I

would also check out these from earlier postings:

Message 4978, 4966, 4934 and 4939. Hope these help.
