Guest guest
When we have an ailment, we need to have a checklist for ourselves despite the fact that you are going to show yourself to a doctor. The checklist should contain the following points; 1. Are you a slow eater or a fast one? 2. Do you chew your food properly? 3. Do you answer the phone while you are eating? 4. Do you watch TV or read anything while you are eating? 5. Are you always in the habit of thinking while you are eating and otherwise? 6. Do you eat very pungent food? 7. Do you sleep well? 8. Does it take very long for you to go to sleep? These are some of the many questions you need to ask yourself too. Afterall it is your body and not the doctor's for you to rely on totally. You should do your part of the homework so that you can tell the doctor what you think your problem is. Then the treatment can have a greater success ratio.
