Guest guest
I am 43 year old male living in a very cold European country. I have been having high blood pressure and off late I have starting getting headache at irregular intervals. Though this country is rated quite high UN heath care radar, in practice the quality of doctors are very low. Even after more than one year of efforts doctors have not been able to fix the problem. They are just adjusting the dose and are trying various medicines to control blood pressure. The headache persists for a few days and goes off for few weeks and months. What could be the reason? What is the option? Thanx srivastava
Guest guest
i too had the same problem, but after i gothrough isha yoga programs conducted by Sadhguru jaggi vasudev and changes little in my diet, i am perfectly o.k. now and you know i never get such compliant. my blood pressure was almost 170/110 and continued for several days but still i don't have any physical problem and with more involvement i do the work. the doctors will constantly monitor me but you know i will joke and play with everything that i am doing . already you have spend much for medicines and you agree that doctors can't fix the problem why not you can try this once? if you willing the gateway is at your door. if possible visit www.ishafoundation.org for more details. thank you . see any medicine is just a chemistry that changes in the body. till that chemistry maintained you may not have the symptoms or disease as you called. but yoga is not only maintaining your chemistry but also gives you the full control of your chemistry but in my experience of 12 years many people approaching yoga as a therophy. it is definitely not a good one. because you don't the cause for the disease . but when you take yoga into its full or whole the theroptic benefits is a natural outcome , if you need more information i will give you thanks srivastava wrote: I am 43 year old male living in a very cold European country.
