HI, My names Jodie. I'm kinda new. I'm having some fertility

problems..most likely conected to my waky hormones (my cycles can last

anywhere from 34 to 42 days long) and my husbands unhealthy life style of

sugar, white flour, salt, coke, coffee, beer, and smoking....(he does want

children but I can't seem to confince him to health up)

If there is anything ayurveda can do for us..please let me know

thank you so much in advance.

Jodie

PS: on a completely different note I have a young friend who has cancer..I'm

looking for an easy to digest soup...if any of you have a recipie that's be

very helpfull.

Hi Jodie,

I am a Yoga therapist trying to integrate Yoga with Ayurveda. My wife

and I had problems trying to have a kid a few years ago. Even though we

were advised medicines by our doctor, we decided to try Yoga and a

slight shift in lifestyle change. It worked. We are now parenting our 3

year old daughter.

I have treated several women with menstrual problems and have succeeded

in reversing near menopause states. The women are happy and doctors

puzzled.

Try Ayurveda and Yoga and there is every chance that you will become a

successful parent. However, do not forget to get the treatment in India

as Ayurveda and Yoga in the west is distorted to a large extent in some

quarters and you should not take chances with that.

Regarding your friend, there are treatments in Ayurveda that can help

your friend feel better in ways more than one. For that, your friend

has to see an Ayurveda physician.
