Dear members,

 

I would like to know if Ashwamaghrabi is the other name of herb Ashwagandha?

I enquired about Ashwagandha from the herb dealer but he knows only of

Ashwamaghrabi. Is Ashwamaghrabi a Unani/Persian name of the herb Ashwagandha

as unani names are more prevalent here as compared to Ayurvedic/Sanskrit

names.

 

And what will be the preparation and dose of Ashwagandha if to be taken as a

general health tonic?
