Guest guest
Greetings, I would recommend that you seek guadance from an Ayurvedic practitioner in your area. Assuming you are in the US, the following link will let you search by state to find one near you: http://www.bazaarofindia.com/practitioner.asp In Ayurveda, we have to be specific as to what type of pain you are experiencing. If it is a "lightning-shooting" pain, then it is a Vata type pain, and requires a specific coarse of treatment, whether it be massage, herbs etc. If it is "burning" pain, it is a Pitta type pain, and it calls for a different type of treatment than Vata. And if a "dull" pain, it is a Kapha type pain, and it too requires a specific coarse of treatment. So there is no "one size fits all" remedy in Ayurveda. This is why it is best to see a practitioner who can see which of the doshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha, or any combination of the three, or all three at the same time, are imbalanced. Best of luck. Guest guest
Dear Tony, Thank you. I have noticed that people seeking help on this forum usually just state the disease name and do not give other details. Do you have any standard case taking form that could be kept in the files section so that patients can know how to present their problems. That would benefit them immensely as vaidyas can attend to them better. Please do consider my request.
