We Must Be Educated on Pranayama (and LAUGH!)

Dear Jagannath,

 

Thank you for the affirmation of my post. As Pranayama and Kundalini

arousal are such

"serious" and important things, we must not forget that the practice of

"Laughter" is one of

the most beneficial, and safe practices we have. It ignites joy in the heart,

and allows us to

see through the viel of Maya. I encourage all of you to Laugh today. Laugh

for no reason!! Laugh for joy, for bliss, and for the betterment of humankind.

Laugh at the ridiculous sqabbilings that certain posts contain here. Laugh at

the seemingly duality of life. Laughter is powerful medicine, and it too can

bring us closer to our divine self. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
