The term hyperventilation, as used by this author, pertained to a

specific breathing technique, which cant be detailed on the net. This technique

is from Buddhist practice of Tantra and not ayurveda or Patanjali yoga.

As far as your angina pectoris and arrythmia is concerned, the

technique practiced by this author, as well as breathing techniques

of Patanjali youga will help you. Contact nearest Yoga expert or

Ramdev Maharaj Yoga centre at Haridwar, India. (divyayoga.com)

In case this is impossible, you can contact ayurvedic healer/yoga expert in

neighbourhood. Ayurveda is rich with herbs and formulations for cardiac problems

of all kinds. Panch Gavya medicines, available only in India, have cured even

aeortic valve problems, where moderns

science prescribed only surgical "valve" replacement!

It is unfortunate that "west" is yet to take interest in PanchGavya

and ayurveda. Most advanced western country appears to be Germany,

where they are now experimenting on cow urine and panch Gavya

medicines manufactured from it.
