Gaining weight with Millet, Quinow and Amarant

Dear Group

 

 

Millet, Quinoa and Amarant and Barley all contain a lot of Vata -

however they are very high on the glycemic index (see files section)

So fom Kapha people who have difficulty in dighesting Carb´´s it

might be possiple for these people to put on weight eating this

grans. I myself do not have problems ith these grains.

 

Any experience on that ?
