I get mine from Banyanbotanicals.com; more and more of their herbs are

organic. If the weather isn't too warm, a nasya of brahmi, calamus,

and perhaps sandalwood is likely to help. Many find also a drop of

essential oil of peppermint on the back of neck/skull base just

before exams works wonders for alertness. Be careful of quality.

 

Daily yogic stretching and Suitable pranayamas are also very valuable,

of course.
