Sir,

Can I know what are different licences required

1. To sell the Ayurvedic/herbal Medicine in Maharashtra / India

to final consumer / customer.

2. To stock the Ayurvedic/herbal Medicine in Maharashtra / India

3. To Sell / Distribute to authorised chemits/Pharmacists.

 

Please guide us.

Also wanted Expert in Herbal medicines on retainership basis in

Mumbai.

To sell ayurvedic drugs in India no fda licence is required.

if you want to manufacture and then sale then U need the licence.

To stock, distribute , sale the ayurvedic drugs manufactured by any company does

not require the licence
