Common salt better than iodised salt ?

Salt - NaCl constitution. Sodium has property like

retention of urine, which creats oedema and swelling

on extermity. Iodized salt has NaI. So in this, sodium

potassium level and electrolytes keeps in balance. So

this Iodized salt is beneficial like this. .... Dr
