Guest guest
Hi Darla, not that you were looking for advice on here, but have you considered meditation for your daughter? I know a couple of bipolar and ADD cases that have done really well with meditation. there are several avenues for meditaion today in the US due to the resurging popularity of this ancient practice. some of them are free, so it should only be a time commitment, others have a nominal fee and yet others are expensive. It really doesn't matter which one you go for. Transedental meditation is the most popular choice. There's also the Art of LIving and other groups that are local nationwide. check that out, it maybe a good assistant to your daughter's needs. Guest guest
Oh, I don't know--advice is often a good thing. I meditate a little and used to do a guided meditation with her to try to get her to sleep when she was younger. She has trouble with that now, but comes into my room each night for me to rub her back and talk to her which settles her down for sleep. I don't know what she will do when she moves out....
