Hi,

 

I am giving Brahmi, Aswagandha (himalaya brand) to my son who has some

speech delays and is diagnosed with Autism. He is taking them for the

past 4 months and has shown some good improvements.

 

Please let me know if this Himalaya brand is good and also if it's

safe to give these herbs for a long time.
