Guest guest
Today (21st July 2005) is Guru Purnima day. As per Indian custom "Guru Purnima" is a day when we offer our thanks and veneration to our guru. A "guru" is one who guides. So it may be your parents, your teacher or simply anybody who has given you a special direction in life. Let us all remember our gurus on this special occasion and seek their blessings. Even on our group there are many persons who have been helping others selflessly, especially those who are searching for answers on ayurveda, yoga and related topics. They qualify to be called as Guru by those whom they have helped. So a special thanks to all of them especially Dr. Bhate, Dr. R.Vidhyasagar, Dr. Venugopal, Dr. Mankikar, Todd Caldecott, Martha Oakes, Jagannath Chatterjee, Ole Alstrup, Guru Khalsa, Noel Gilbert (these are the ones I can think of immediately but there are many more). Thanks for being a guiding light. Cybervaidya
