Guest guest
Hello There is a little brush ,cone shape, to clean between the teeth that is very effective for cleaning,in place of floss. When i red on the yoga book that nylon brush was dangerous for teeth i eliminate it for finger brush. It was very dangerous for my teeth, sequence of damages, there is not cleaning with finger, only massage, It is important to choise the good quality of nylon, the good house manufacturer... No damage for gums if you learn the appropriate way to use it , never in horizontal side, but from the high to the bottom. If some teeth have gum problem there is an other little brush for single tooth. In many dentists departements there is the hygieniste that theaches the rules of using the brush. The great damage to the teeth is caused by dentists who drills the teeth without containment, without acquaintance, without necessity. Regards Merevita jagchat01 <jagchat01 ha scritto: Dear Doctors/Friends, The system of brushing using a nylon brush is also damaging both to the enamel as well as for the gums. You waste an entire years growth of enamel with one month of intense brushing. Gums get lacerated with the nylon brushes leading to bleeding. Finger brushing is best and is more than sufficient to clean teeth and keep it healthy.
