When you say you have tri-doshas, you are implying that you are ill, or on the verge of it. No, your tri doshas can be in balance, and then you have no problem. You have also mentioned that you have "stress". Learning to handle stress properly, as well as proper exercise, meditation, and diet are necessities one should learn form proper books, or from courses on these subjects and not just from this internet chat room. Can pregnant women can use Amrit? (This information is for my daughter who is in her first trimester.) The more I can know of Maharishi Amrit Kalash the better.
