Sugar in Hot Tea

Hi guys. I know that drinking coffee is not good, but I have to have my one

cup in the morning. I usually only drink 1/2 or 3/4 of it. I put organic soy

milk in it. If I drink more than that, I get nauseous. That one cup gets me

going.

 

Sometimes I find I am still craving a hot cup of something in the morning. I

like the milder teas. Though I don't put sugar in my coffee, I need a little

sweetener in my tea or else I don't like it.

 

Is it okay for a Pitta to put less than a teaspoon in the Green Tea?
