What I meant to say is that Amrit Kalash as a formulation is not

mentioned in any of the major classical scriptures. The formula for

the jam is supposedly from the late Dr Balraj Maharshi, who received

the formula from his own ayurvedic guru, name unknown. It is

supposedly an ancient formula, the origins of it has never been

disclosed by MAPI. They talk about it as the original rasayana but

that is baseless. According to Dr Hari Sharma's book, the formula

was "restored" by the 3 principal doctors (Dwivedi, Triguna, Maharshi)

that Maharishi Mahesh Yogi originally commissioned in the 80's to

develop the Maharishi Ayurveda programme. The Amrit tablets is another

formula that was added, I believe it came from Triguna and/or Dwivedi.
