Guest guest Posted June 15, 2005 Report Share Posted June 15, 2005 I have had this problem before feeling like bugs are bitting or crawling all over me, i have found that something i am allergic too got in my blood stream like from a bug bite or scratch. I use aveeno soap and an antihistamine like Benadryl for 3-4 days and it goes away. During these occurences i have checked when it started and ended and found from my experience that anything with Deets in it i am alergic too ,skin so soft or most oily lotions, lotions with lanolin in it , Clorox/bleach and some laundry detergents I can not use because if they get in my blood stream i itch for weeks and weeks. Secondly of course it could be sand fleas or chiggers which washing all clothes in hot water and using bug sprays to stop this on surfaces rugs and mattresses.
