For the people who are interested in vegetarianism and gaining weight, I would

suggest they go through the archives.

We had long discussions on both subjects, especially vegetarianism. The

moderator suggested we should end the discussion on vegetarianism.

just do an archive search.

I am very interested in this topic, also. Perhaps I need more experience with

. The only communication I located suggested eating steamed beets

and cottage cheese.

Dear John,

 

I tried to find the posts on gaining weight also. If

you found the one about the beets and cottage cheese,

I think it was shortly after that. I believe the

posts were by Todd or Dr. Bhate or maybe both.
