I bought an ounce of VACHA just 2 days ago at an Ayurvedic shop. I was

recommended by someone in this group to try VACHA to treat a speech impediment.

I researced it online, and found that many others also make this same same

suggestion. The question is now......How do I use it? The VACHA they gave me is

just a light-brown powder. How much do I use? Do I stir it into a tea? I'm

totally lost here. Also, are there any risks with taking Vacha? I sure don't

want to get poisoned.

Dear Mya,

yes Vacha is one of the best drugs of choice for

speech problebs,I would suggest you to take vacha

powder about 3 to 4 pinch mixed with 1/2 spoon of

honey mornig on empty stomach and do not take any diet

for one hour.If taken like this there is absolutely

no chance of risks.

It is not recomonded that vacha should not be taken

with liquids such as tea, coffee, milk or fruit juices

etc, because it produces vomiting

Dr Gopal,

This morning at 9am I followed your directions for taking my Vacha with 3

pinches of the powder and 1/2 spoon of honey. It was not as bad tasting as I

thought it would be. All I could really taste was the honey.

Does the time of day matter when taking this remedy? Today I woke up earlier

than usual. I usually wake up at 11am since I do not have to be at work until

1pm. The remedy would work just as well if I took it around that time, right?

Also, would it be helpful if I took this same remedy again at night? Wish me

luck. Thanks a lot.

Dear Maya,

It is always suggested that give at least 1hr

gap between food and the medicine, you can take again

at night too
