Guest guest
Dear Hari Atma Kaur Do not worry about 'unclear' or 'suspicious' mammogram. As a matter of fact, five to 10 percent of screening mammogram results are abnormal, are termed 'False Positive Mammograms' and require more testing (more mammograms, fine needle aspiration, ultrasound or biopsy) and most of the follow-up tests confirm that no cancer was present. It is estimated that a woman who has yearly mammograms between ages 40 and 49 would have about a 30 percent chance of having a false-positive mammogram at some point in that decade, and about a 7 to 8 percent chance of having a breast biopsy within the 10-year period. The estimate for false-positive mammograms is about 25 percent for women ages 50 or older. Interpretations of mammograms can be difficult because a normal breast can appear differently for each woman. Also, the appearance of of an image may be compromised if there is powder or salve on the breasts or if you have undergone breast surgery. Because some breast cancers are hard to visualize, a radiologist may want to compare the image to views from previous examinations. Not all cancers of the breast can be seen on mammography. This authors son is working on image processing techniques which enhance the image quality, contrast, artificial intelligence algorithms, template comparison techniques etc to analyse the tumor images and estimate the size, growth etc. However, the power of human eye and intelligence can be difficult to duplicate in a computer software. These uncertainities can be found in various internet sites created by Cancer hospitals, universities etc. e.g. http://www.radiologyinfo.org/content/mammogram.htm Though modern medical science tries to take a microscopic view of the human body, this view is also helpful for a healer. At times, ayurvedic healer is helped by previous history of tumors detected by modern science, whether malignant or benign. Modern science doctors who are service minded are good, it is mostly drug companies who have made the picture complex. Author would like to give you briefly the progress made by Indian ayurvedists and also modern doctors having ayurvedic mind in treating cancers. Many previous messages on Panch Gavya medicines have been posted by this author, starting from message no. 1151. Thesee camps were conducted in allopathic hospitals. The progress being substantial, these medicines are now available in Indian capital, as can be seen by visiting http://msnbc.msn.com/id/7052249/ http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/03/02/health/main677526.shtml If any one wants to treat his cancer in India, following info may be useful. The first centre to manufacture Panch Gavya medicines was set up at Akola with the inspiration given by a saint, but later on a large institute set up Clinics for diagnosis and medicine dispensing, as seen at: http://govigyan.com/panchagavya.htm A hospital is also created at Nagpur by this institute. A devoted healer, Dr. Virendra Kumar Jain, a naturopathy therapist working at 'Gau-mutra Chikitsa and Anusandhan Kendra' (Centre for Treatment and Research using Cow urine) at Indore (M.P.) has reported that effective treatment of Cancer is possible by cow-urine therapy. Various types of Cancer treated by him so far include brain cancer, blood cancer, cancer of mouth, intestines, lever, kidneys, lungs, bones, skin, ovaries, breast and thyroid. Intensive research by Dr. Virendra Kumar and his colleague, Dr. Rekha Jain has indicated that these diseases can be successfully controlled by urine therapy and there are no side effects of any sort. They have so far treated about 40,000 patients suffering from Cancer during the last five years. Most of these work is unpublished due to lack of time. You may read on: http://www.jainsamaj.org/magazines/january2005.htm Cow urine has been described in `Sushrita Samhita' and `Ashtanga Sangraha' to be the most effective substance/secretion of animal origin with innumerable therapeutic values. In Ayurveda cow urine is suggested for improving general health. However the biological activity of the cow urine was not proven scientifically earlier. Researchers at CIMAP have identified a cow urine distillate fraction as a bioenhancer of commonly used antibiotics and anti-cancer drugs. Bioenhancers are substances, which do not possess drug activity of their own but promote and augment the bioactivity or bioavailability or the uptake of drugs in combination therapy. Such bioenhancers have been earlier isolated only from plant sources. In CIMAP study it was found that `cow urine distillate fraction' enhances the activity of antibiotics such as rifampicin by about 5-7 folds against E.coli and 3-11 folds against Gram-positive bacteria. Rifampicin is a front-line anti-tubercular drug used against tuberculosis. Interestingly, it was also found that `cow urine distillate fraction' enhanced the potency of `Taxol' (paclitaxel) against MCF-7 a human breast cancer cell line in in-vitro assays (US Patent No.6,410,059). Further info on: http://www.love4cow.com/bioactivitiesofcowurine.htm If you try to get any cow urine distillate, you must be cautious. Some are mixing allopathic drugs in cow urine and giving as anti- cancer drugs to patients; please check up: http://www.milligazette.com/Archives/15082002/1508200242.htm Whenever a positive drug or remedy is found, it is generally by a tribal or a herbalist. Reasearch Institutions take interest later on. Recently, anti-cancer properties of cow urine are investiogated by Indian Governments research Institute CSIR and found positive effect. Please check up: http://www.hvk.org/articles/0702/159.html Despite these investigations, critics of this therapy also exist, e.g. http://www.mothercow.org/oxen/cow-urine-therapy.html This author has also treated few cases with encouraging success. Even if lumps have started causing breathing difficulties due to their pressure on lungs, they can be tackled. Self urine therapy can also be used with somewhat less efficacy, provided diet is kept simple, natural and organic as far as possible. Tumors of mouth, oesophagous, stomach, intestines and colon can be tackled this way. The lack of preference for this therapy is due to its requirement of topical massage using stale urine, which requires time of the patient. This therapy is well documented and accepted in both east and west. Consultating a Guru will yield better results in this therapy also. Breathing techniques are slighly complex, and have to be learnt from a Guru. But if you follow some advocated on "advanced yoga techniques" , limited benifits may come. In many cases of lumpy breasts, combination of Nari Sanjivani and Phal Ghrutam for topical application has yielded 90% cure of lumps in addition to several other problems of peri or post menopause. In cases where lumpy tumors of benign nature (something like slippery marble) found in forearms, thighs area, were also treated by cow urine distillates made especially for this purpose. Some distillates have been prepared by taking "Kashayas" of standard herbs of ayurveda used for tumors and Raktashodhana, mixing the kashaya with cow urine during distillation. These become very sharp ("sukshma") medicines which can reach cells very rapidly. Thus where as homeopathic medicines need 30-45 minutes to reach the cells, the Cow urine distillates reach the cells in 25-30 minutes. Thus they act like I.V. fluids of modern science.
