Guest guest
Hello, My 5 year old son has got asthma, which really gets worse, during the seasonal changes. I have tried so many things - allopathy - for 2 years he had broncho dilator and anti allergic medicine twice a day apart from inhalers and nebulisers during the time of attack, then I tried some aromatherapy and now I am giving him Homeopathy medicine. When the attack comes, nothing seems to work. During his attack, he coughs a lot , sometimes at a stretch for 2 hrs - it is so difficult to see a child suffering like that and I always have a fear that this might affect his lungs too.. I know going for steroids will be one option , but I just don't want to go for it. Could anybody suggest me some ayurvedic medicines and also a good cough syrup , which might work for asthma. One more thing is - I live in Tokyo , so please do let me know how can I buy those medicines - if there is any online shop or any big shop in India who might deliver here. Regards, Sraboni
Guest guest
ayurved offers a very simple remedy for your problem 1)dont feed your child excessively and let him ask for food by himself 2)stop giving bread ,buisc, etc. made of fine wheat floor, refregerated water or drinks, curd(whole dahi) 3)give him drinking water in this form-boil the water (1 lt) with a pinch full dried ginger powder and reduce this to 1/10th volume(100ml) -give him this water whenever he is thirsty especially during season changes 4)as his symptoms relieve ,start giving 1/8th reduced water, then 1/6th,1/4th,then1/2 when u will come to this he will be relieved very much Sraboni Dutta <sraboni_muk wrote: Hello, My 5 year old son has got asthma, which really gets worse, during the seasonal changes.
