Guest guest
My wife and I have a little disagreeament about nut and seed storage. She like to store them in the refrigerator or freezer. Quite often I notice a "Refrigerator" taste or a "plastic" type taste when I eat them when she stores them in fridge or freezer. I notice the taste if they are stored in glass or plastic but do not notice it all the time. I never notice a bad taste when they are stored at room temperature. We live in a cool temperate climate (Alaska). Is it just something I am imagining or is it better to store them in a cool spot?
