You may find some good information on the midwife, Terra Raphael's site at http://www.wisewomanhood.com/fhayurvedicforchildbearingyears.htm. She has studied and worked with ayurveda for many years. She lives in Colorado, USA. Last I looked, also www.saffronsoul.com had some good information and an ask the expert option.
