Guest guest
Dear Dr. Nesari: Please accept my apologies, I could no reply before, because we'd been under a heavy snow fall. The child main problem is due to sacral agenesis,( congenital disfunction) hence a neuropatic bladder, and aparently no feeling for evacuation, we are managing the bowel evacuation, by means of Basti, using dashamul decoction alternating with triphal dec, with very good results. The prescription gaven for his bladder problem is: oxibutinin trice daily, and catheterization every three hours, because he is a 7 years child, he is not aware of been very clean, also he is passing urine by himself, although no voiding fully. We had try chandraprabha bati, but didn't clear the infection, we haven't use gokshuradi decoction. First symptoms are not easy to descrive because he is a child, but he experience accute pain at the penile region. We use cystone, and seems that the infection is been checked. He did not had any other symptoms such as disconfort or fever, but uroanalis was positive. In the west allopatic doctors are the gurus for most of the population, so is difficult to mention to them that there is such a science as Ayur ved. So most of the time we have no option but to accept their views. We can't even mention that we try herbal remedies, they may say, yes fine, but YOU SHOULD GAVE trimetropin. I will fo deeper if you want further info. thanks for your time and patience chainitai
