advice, thread lost in sinus passage

Do a jal neti with a little cow ghee mixed in.

after most of water comes out, hold some dry ginger powder near the

nostril and deep breath. Sneezing bout after this may drive out the

thread. Instead of dry ginger powder, snuff may also be tried.
