Dear Dr. Venugopal Rao,

 

I would like to add the following for my

wife.

The consequence of her high stress syndrome is shown in 1)

severe insomonia 2) Brooding over minor issues even if 10 years old 3)

excessive anger

 

Nowadays after years of medication all the above conditions have

been improved except the problem of insomonia though on a reduced tone.

An alternative medicine would help us to discontinue allopathic

medicine. Please advise.

I would like to pricribe some of the effective

medicines for your wife

your wife's problem is due to vata and pitta

prakopa.

 

1.tab.Manasamitra vati

1 tab 3 times / day with cow milk

 

2. Swarna brahmi vati

1 Tab 2 times /day

 

3.Pancha Gavya ghritam+Dadimadi ghritam+Brahmi

ghritam

 

take 200 ml of each and mix all together and store in

container.

 

Take 2 spoons of this mixture with 1 cup of milk,

morning on empty stomach. do not take any thin up 1

hour . Can have luke warm water.

 

4.Brahmiamla tailam+Himasagara tailam.

 

mix together and apply to the vertex 10 ml.twice

daily

Avoid spicy,chlly,potato,basan,bangan,tamarind.

 

There is analyis of my own, regarding what are the

reasons for your wife psychological problem. I shall

explain in detail later.
