You mentioned not to do any abdominal exercises. I take that to mean crunches, situps and naulis and stomach pumps, etc. My wife, who also teaches Kundalini Yoga did leg raises even in her 9th month. Different heights affect different parts of the abdomen. This strengthens the muscles for delivery. Also, she did lots of "butterflys" (sit with the soles of the feet together with the knees bent and out like wings. Gently raise and lower the knees.)
