Raising your legs during pregnancy should be fine. It

is a good thing to lay on your back next to a wall and

raise your legs perpendicuolar to the wall. It helps

drain the legs of stagnant blood and lymph. It is

rejuvenating. Do not raise the torso in an inverted

posture when pregnant.
