It puts pressure on your abdominal aorta and then you pass out. Not to

mention it isn't very comfortable for the baby.

hi rebecca,

i wouldn't recommend any kind of strenuous activity with pregnancy,

especially early on like you and then later around the eight month

its also highly individual - you should do what u are comfortable with

what i meant by inverted wasn't head-stands or shoulder stands per se

but like what your teacher had you do, or simply just putting your feet

up - this will make more sense later on when and if you start

experiencing lower leg edema Caldecott
