Guest guest
hi rebecca, i wouldn't recommend any kind of strenuous activity with pregnancy, especially early on like you and then later around the eight month its also highly individual - you should do what u are comfortable with what i meant by inverted wasn't head-stands or shoulder stands per se but like what your teacher had you do, or simply just putting your feet up - this will make more sense later on when and if you start experiencing lower leg edema Caldecott todd > Could you or someone clarify the deal with inverted postures during > pregnancy?
