Guest guest
Hi, I'm a 30 year old male. I have recently noticed some wrinkles specially on my forehead. I guess it developed more due to squinting or lifting the eyebrows when in front of the computer or sunlight. Is there a way to reduce that mark caused due to wrinkles or the wrinkles themselves. Thanks for any input. Kumar
Guest guest
Dear kumar The marks and wrinkles on forehead is a disorder related to eye, though it is seen on forehead. This is weakness of eye muscles due to excessive use of the orgon. According to Ayurvveda whole human body is made up of 5 element viz; earth, water ,fire wind & ether.Eye organ is of fire element that is Tej mahabhuta. When the work of seeing minutely or working in hot place is excessive tension to eye muscle & the fire element gets increased. while considering wrinkles, you will have to take some drugs benefitial to eye muscle & avoid continuous working on pc if it is unavoidable then take "sukshma trifala" & " suwarna makshika" as a daily food suppliment to eye organ. considering the marks, these are the efffects on the skin tue to the wrinkle only. one more important thing is your digestion should be proper because imporoper digestion increases the excessive heat in the blood & the effect is seen on the skin temporarily you can use cucumber juice for local application. take blood purefying food like nutmegs, figs, green leafy vegitables & watch for results. we have designed a kit specially for for computer users. its called " desktop kit" it includes some medicines & food suppliments to help you recover from bad effects you get from working continuouslt on pc. it helps you with your eyes, brain & stress. if you want we can courier it to you. regards nikhil Hi, I'm a 30 year old male.
