These posts cover many topics in ayurveda and are very informative and insightful. Amongst their posts, following pertain to anti-stress foods, Medhya rasayan herbs etc. Message Nos. 435, 454, 517, 521, 553, 633, 1573, 1680, 1688, 1696 Specifically on Coconut properties and oil properties, Coconut Development Board has created a site, most extensive and giving scientific information. This site comes up in google search under key word "coconut oil". Incidently, one more information this author missed in the post referred by you. The sentence coconut sees sky means it receives cosmic energy from the sky all the time. The similarity between coconut shell with plenty of fibre outside and human skull with hair is striking. One communication scientist used coconut tree as TV antenna and showed that Local transmission (VHF-I) can be received using this simple antenna. Coconut tree leaves resemble TV antenna. If coconut tree can pick up Radio waves, it must also be picking up cosmic energy in higher frequency bands. It is the solar energy which allowed one gentleman to stay eight months without any food, in Rajastan, India. Thus coconut picks of such energy and gives us intelligent. Coconut oil massage on head promotes good sleep. Some Vaidyas make Brahmi oil starting from coconut oil.
